Omni Data Centers is proud to announce a 100+ acre Columbia Data Center (“CDC”), a campus designed as a purpose-built, secure IT environment emphasizing reliable and efficient energy on a scale sufficient to (1) provide a buffer against incompatible uses that might endanger operations; and (2) accommodate tenants’ expansion needs for years to come.The site is designed to permit up to ten buildings comprising 1,000,000 SF with approximately 750,000 SF of data halls (“white space”). The project is located in Columbia, MO located between St Louis, MO and Kansas City, MO.
The site has ample power, superior fiber connectivity, good access to major roads, and is isolated from potential threats from manmade and natural disasters such as airports, industrial spills, floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
